I am a Human-Computer Interaction researcher – designer who unifies inclusive design, accessible design, and service design to deliver public good digital projects. My strong suit is co - and participatory design with disadvantaged groups :::: turning lived experience into actionable frameworks - - patterns - - and service blueprints that enhance community experience. End - to - end, I link discovery and co - creation to prototyping, service integration, and adoption playbooks - - so teams can implement, iterate, and sustain impact. I move from fieldwork to prototypes to guidance that sticks.
I work in the messiness of real services - turning insights into plain-language artefacts, accessibility patterns, and lightweight tools that teams can actually ship. I am exploring GenAI cautiously as a way to scaffold comprehension and reduce admin burden, always with users in the loop.
